摘要
新冠肺炎疫情防控是对国家治理体系和治理能力的一次大考,疫情治理过程彰显了坚持党的集中统一领导、坚持全国一盘棋集中力量办大事、坚持运用法治思维和法治方式开展疫情防控工作、紧紧依靠人民推动国家发展、在抗疫战场上培养造就更多更优秀人才、为构建人类命运共同体不断作出新贡献等显著优势。同时,也暴露出传染病防控相关法律法规制度体系不健全、重大疫情防控救治体系、应急响应机制不完善等问题,亟须加以完善。
The prevention and control of COVID-19 Epidemic is a major test of the national governance system and governance capacity.The epidemic governance process demonstrates adherence to the CPC party's centralized and unified leadership,adherence to the national concentrated efforts on major events,adherence to use legal thinking and law to conduct epidemic prevention,It has significant advantages in relying heavily on the people to promote national development,cultivating more and better talents on the anti-epidemic battlefield,and continuously making new contributions to build a community with a shared future for mankind.At the same time,problems such as the inadequate system of laws,regulations and systems related to the prevention and control of infectious diseases,and the inadequate emergency response mechanism have also been exposed,which need to be improved.
