摘要
提升高校教师的能力素质,创新高校人力资源培训体系,使其符合事业单位信息化战略需要以及组织对人才队伍建设的要求,是人才培训与培养工作的一项核心议题。国内外学者积极尝试应用信息化区块链技术在广义教育领域开发应用场景,但在培训领域相关应用研究却还属空白。课题组探索实地调研、完善建构路径、思考战略转型、顺应信息化需要,透过区块链技术视角,对高校人员传统培训体系进行改革创新,构建"基于区块链技术的‘云、物、大、智’培训新生态"为主轴的、既体现教师胜任素质模型又符合三位一体培训质量系统要求的全新培训体系。
It is the fundamental issue of human resource training and cultivation to improve the ability and quality of college teachers, innovate the training system of college human resources, and meetthe requirement of informatization strategy in institutional organization, and the demand of talents team building. The domestic and foreign scholars attempted to apply informatization block chain technology to develop the applicationscenarios in the broad field of education, however, the relative researches of application in the field are still blank. Starting from the perspective of practical investigation, the research group reforms and innovates the traditional training system of college personnel, through the perspective of block-chain technology, by exploring and improving at the same time.To build the "new ecological training system of ‘cloud, IoT, big data, intelligence’, based on block-chain technology", not only reflects the competency model of teachers, but also meets the requirements of the training effects system.
