摘要
电气设备的防爆管理是煤与瓦斯突出矿井机电管理的重要组成部分,在保障矿井供电安全,防范矿井瓦斯爆炸事故方面具有重要意义。通过对煤与瓦斯突出矿井各级从业人员对电气防爆管理的重视程度、防爆电气设备的关键管理环节存在的问题进行分析,阐述了树立电气防爆安全意识、建立电气防爆管理组织体系、开展电气防爆安全评价及风险辨识工作、规范关键环节管理、开展防爆检查员培训及利用新技术加强现场管理的建议,希望能为煤与瓦斯突出矿井在电气防爆管理方面提供参考和启示。
The explosion-proof management of electrical equipment is an important part of the mechanical and electrical mana-gement of coal and gas outburst mines,which is of great significance in ensuring the safety of power supply and preventing gas explosion accidents in mines.Based on the analysis of the importance of employees at all levels in coal and gas outburst mines to the management of electrical explosion-proof and the problems existing in the key management links of explosion-proof electrical equipment,this paper expounded the suggestions of establishing the safety consciousness of electrical explosion-proof,establishing the management organization system of electrical explosion-proof,carrying out the safety evaluation and risk identification of ele-ctrical explosion-proof,standardizing the management of key links,training the explosion-proof inspector and strengthening the on-site management by using new technology,hoping to provide reference and enlightenment for the management of electrical explosion-proof in coal and gas outburst mines.
