摘要 随着煤矿产业的持续发展,矿井生产的自动化要求也不断提升,将PLC可编程技术应用到矿井电气自动化控制系统中,对于提升矿井综合效益意义重大。以此为着手点,以矿井提升机为对象,在分析PLC技术在提升机电气自动控制系统中应用的基础上,对电气设备单片机选型开展分析,同时总结了矿井提升机电气自动化控制系统的改造要求,希望能够为其他矿井相似工程的开展提供借鉴与参考。 With the continuous development of the coal industry,the automation requirements of the mine production are also constantly improving.It is of great significance to apply PLC programmable technology to the mine electrical automation control system to improve the comprehensive benefits of the mine.Taking this as the starting point and taking the mine hoist as the object,on the basis of analyzing the application of PLC technology in the electrical automatic control system of the hoist,this pa-per analyzed the type selection of the single-chip microcomputer of the electrical equipment,and summarized the transformation requirements of the electrical automatic control system of the mine hoist,hoping to provide reference for the development of similar projects in other mines.
