摘要
在功能性心律失常以及西医治疗效果欠佳的心律失常中,中医治疗取得显著疗效。仝小林教授认为,心动过速实证者居多,心血热性,搏动亢进,宗气过扬,故心火难收,当以苦寒清火,重镇宁心为治疗原则,常选用黄连、苦参、紫石英三味配伍治疗。方中黄连、苦参清热泻火,稳定心率,紫石英重镇宁心,全方寒温相宜,清心重镇。在配伍剂量方面,方中黄连常用剂量为9~30 g,苦参常用剂量为9~30 g,紫石英常用剂量为30~60 g,若合并心神不宁甚者,可加生龙齿15~30 g,或生龙骨与生牡蛎各30~60 g先煎。
In functional arrhythmias and the arrhythmias not treated well by western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine has achieved significant results. Professor TONG Xiaolin considers that tachycardia tends to be a sthetic syndrome. Heart is the most important organ which is on behalf of fire. The more quicker of the heart beating, the more qi of the heart is losing. So the therapeutic principle is using bitter-cold herbs to expel the heat fire and using mineral medicine to quiet the heart. Professor TONG tends to choose Coptidis Rhizoma, Sophorae Flavescentis Radix and Fluoritum. Coptidis Rhizoma and Sophorae Flavescentis Radix can clear the fire of the heart to slow down the herat rate. Fluoritum pulls the qi of the heart down to ease the heart. The three herbs make the balance of the chill and fever. In the matter of dosage, Coptidis Rhizoma is used of 9-30 g and Sophorae Flavescentis Radix 9-30 g. And the dosage of Fluoritum should be added to 30 g. If anxiety is troubled the patient, the dose of raw keel and raw oyster should add to 30-60 g.
