摘要
以煤矿塌陷区土壤为研究对象,以紫花苜蓿为供试植物,选取摩西球囊霉菌(Gm)和根瘤菌(V)及二者的混合菌剂(Gm+V)为接种处理,以不接种土壤(CK)和自然土(R)为对照,进行温室盆栽试验,通过测定苜蓿植株的氮、磷含量和硝酸还原酶活性以及土壤的有效氮、有效磷含量和碱性磷酸酶活性,评定苜蓿接种丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)和根瘤菌对煤矿塌陷区土壤的改良效果。结果表明,不同处理下,植株氮和土壤有效氮含量大小均为Gm+V>V>Gm>R>CK;植株磷和土壤有效磷含量大小均为Gm+>Gm>V>CK>R;土壤碱性磷酸酶活性大小为Gm+V>Gm>V>R>CK;苜蓿硝酸还原酶活性大小为Gm+V>Gm>V>R>CK。综上所述,双接种比单接种和未接种处理更能有效改善矿区土壤理化性质,提升矿区土壤肥力,并可促进苜蓿植株对氮、磷营养元素的吸收能力。
A greenhouse pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of alfalfa inoculated by AMF and rhizobium on soil nutrients in coal mine subsidence areas.The alfalfa inoculation treatment included Glomus mosseae(Gm),Rhizobium(V)and their mixture(Gm+V).Non-inoculated soil(CK)and natural soil(R)were used as control.The effect of alfalfa inoculation with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and rhizobium on soil improvement in coal mining subsidence area was evaluated.The results showed that the content of alfalfa nitrogen and soil available nitrogen was Gm+V>V>Gm>R>CK.The content of alfalfa phosphorus and soil available phosphorus was Gm+V>Gm>V>CK>R.The activity of soil alkaline phosphatase was Gm+V>Gm>V>R>CK.Alfalfa nitrate reductase activity was Gm+V>Gm>V>R>CK.In summary,the alfalfa double inoculation is more effective than the single inoculation and non-inoculation treatments in improving the physical and chemical properties of the soil,promoting the absorption of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients and enhancing the soil fertility in the mining area.
