摘要
目的观察成人OSAHS患者术后疼痛特点,探讨缓解OSAHS患者术后疼痛的对策。方法将72例OSAHS患者根据接受手术方法不同分为三组(单纯UPPP组、UPPP+鼻腔扩容组、UPPP+舌体射频消融术组),分别记录患者术后0-6天数字疼痛量表疼痛评分。结果术后第一天患者疼痛最明显,单纯UPPP组和UPPP+鼻腔扩容组术后第5天疼痛有明显缓解,UPPP+舌体消融术患者术后第6天左右疼痛明显缓解,术后第1天单纯UPPP及UPPP+鼻腔扩容术组疼痛无明显差别,单纯UPPP组与UPPP+舌体射频消融术组比较有统计学差异。结论OSAHS患者术后疼痛与手术范围相关,UPPP+舌体射频消融术患者术后疼痛感最严重,持续时间最长。
Objective To observe the postoperative pain characteristics of adult patients with OSAHS,and to explore the countermeasures to relieve postoperative pain of patients with OSAHS.Methods A total of 72 cases of OSAHS patients were divided into 3 groups(UPPP group,UPPP plus nasal cavity expansion group,UPPP plus tongue radiofrequency ablation group)according to surgical methods.Pain scores of 0-6 days after surgery were recorded.Results The highest scores of the postoperative pain were recorded at the first day after operation.Pain of UPPP group and UPPP plus nasal cavity expansion group relieved at the fifth day,and pain of UPPP plus tongue ablation group relieved at the sixth day.At the first days after operation,the difference between the scores of UPPP group and UPPP plus nasal cavity expansion group wasn’t significant,but the difference between the scores of UPPP group and UPPP plus tongue radiofrequency ablation group was statistically significant.Conclusion The postoperative pain of patients with OSAHS is related to the scope of surgery,and the postoperative pain of UPPP plus tongue radio frequency ablation is the most serious and persists for the longest time.
