摘要
以中国知网CNKI期刊为检索源,获取跨境电商人才培养相关的教学研究文献进行计量分析,探析跨境电商人才培养的现状、热点和主题领域。结果表明人才培养成果增长迅速,当前培养主体单位为高职院校,人才培养存在四大热点和六个主题领域。跨境电商人才培养受产业需求、学科发展、技术进步和机制创新四要素驱动,未来人才培养需关注技术的变革作用,加强学科基础理论的建构,将跨境电商纳入数字贸易体系,创新培养机制,产教融合、协同联动,围绕国家战略和产业急需培养多层次人才。
Using CNKI journals as the retrieval source,the relevant teaching research literature on cross-border e-commerce talent training is obtained for quantitative analysis,based on which the current situation,hotspots and subject areas of cross-border e-commerce talent training are analyzed.The results show that the achievements of talent training are growing rapidly,the main training unit is higher vocational colleges,and there are four hot topics and six subject areas in talent training.The development of cross-border e-commerce talent training is driven by four elements of industry demand,discipline development,technological progress and mechanism innovation.In the future,talent training should pay attention to the effects of technology revolution,strengthen the construction of basic theories of disciplines,integrate the cross-border e-commerce into digital trading system,cultivate mechanism innovation,integrate education with production to realize well-coordinated and inter-connected development between them.Finally,multi-level talents are trained according to national strategy and the urgent need of industry.
