摘要
近年来中国内陆河水资源加剧短缺,水情矛盾冲突显著。文章针对特定流域生态环境的需水预测和多手段调控技术,结合流域实际资料,通过时间和空间尺度等方面上对水资源进行调控,最终达到流域水资源的均衡使用,实现水资源、生态环境和经济社会的可持续发展,成果对解决流域水资源短缺、生态发展不平衡的内陆河地区具有重大意义。
In recent years,the shortage of water resources in inland rivers has been aggravated,and the conflicts of water regime are obvious.In this paper,based on the water demand forecast of ecological environment in specific river basin and regulation technique with multi-means control technology,combined with actual data of river basin,by controlling water resources in time and spacial scale,finally,reaching equilibrium use for water resources of river basin,realizing the sustainable development of water resources,ecological environment and economic society.The results are of great significance to solve the problem of shortage of water resources in inland river areas with unbalanced ecological development.
