摘要
海水入侵灾害,在我国沿海地区普遍存在和发展,目前已成为严重阻碍沿海地区经济发展和社会进步的亟待研究、解决的一大难题,本文以莱州湾地区王河流域为例,分析和研究海水入侵综合治理问题,建立起海水入侵综合治理分层多目标优化模型,编制出相应的求解方法——宽容完全分层法计算软件,理论分析和实际计算表明,所建立的模型和编制的软件具有很强的通用性和实用性:所获得的计算成果可供决策者做决策时参考和使用。
Sea-water intrusion widespreadly occurs along the coastal regions of China and has now become a great obstacle for the economic and social development as well as the social stability of the regions. The integrated management of the sea-water intrusion was studied, with the Wanghe River watershed in Laizhou Gulf, Shandong province as a pilot area. A hierarchical multi-objective optimization model was established. Theoretical analysis and the case study showed that the model is generally and practically applicable.
