摘要
目的探讨二维超声和超声造影对小肝癌诊断敏感性、特异性的影响。方法选取小肝癌患者100例,分为观察组及对照组,两组各50例。选择超声造影检查的是观察组,选择二维超声诊断检查的是对照组。对比两组诊断效果、敏感性、特异性、检出病例和病灶情况,及诊断依从性。结果对照组总诊断有效率为100.00%;观察组总有效率为82.00%(P<0.05);诊断依从性对照组为44例(88.00%),观察组为50例(100.00%),两组对比差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05);肿瘤直径对照组为(1.3±0.2)cm,观察组为(1.1±0.3)cm,两组对比差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组的特异性以及病例检出率均显著较高,但是两组敏感性、病灶检出率接近,对比差异不显著无统计学意义。结论针对小肝癌患者,采用超声造影检查,可提升临床诊断效果,以及患者疾病治疗依从性,具有显著的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of two-dimensional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound on the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis of small liver cancer.Methods 100 patients with small liver cancer were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group.Contrast-enhanced ultrasound was selected as the observation group,and two-dimensional ultrasound was selected as the control group.The diagnosis effect,sensitivity,specificity,detected cases and lesions,and diagnosis compliance of the 2 groups were compared.Results The total diagnostic effective rate of the control group was 100.00%.The total effective rate in the observation group was 82.00%(P<0.05).Compared with 44 cases(88.00%)in the control group,the diagnosis compliance in the observation group was 50 cases(100.00%),and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(1.3±0.2)cm,the tumor diameter in the observation group was(1.1±0.3)cm,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the specificity and case detection rate of the observation group are significantly higher,but the sensitivity and lesion detection rate of the 2 groups are close to each other,and the comparison difference is not statistically significant.Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination for small liver cancer patients can improve the clinical diagnosis effect and patients'compliance with disease treatment,and has significant clinical application value.
