摘要
目的探讨骨髓增殖性肿瘤(MPN)患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平及意义。方法选取MPN患者40例(MPN组),同时选取健康体检者50例作为对照组,检测2组研究对象血清NSE、VEGF、MMP-9水平。结果MPN组患者血清NSE、VEGF、MMP-9分别为(57.55±20.03)ng/ml、(620.31±184.46)ng/l和(860.70±210.03)g/l,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。PV患者治疗前NSE和MMP-9分别为(70.22±21.15)ng/ml和(1094.55±175.57)g/l,明显高于ET和PMF患者(P<0.05);ET患者治疗前MMP-9为(822.69±180.86)g/l,明显高于PMF患者(P<0.05);PV、ET和PMF患者治疗前血清VEGF比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。MPN患者治疗后血清NSE、VEGF、MMP-9分别为(23.15±9.80)ng/ml、(442.51±136.90)ng/l和(490.64±115.90)g/l,明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);PV、ET和PMF患者治疗后血清NSE、VEGF和MMP-9比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论MPN患者血清NSE、VEGF、MMP-9水平明显升高,其中NSE和MMP-9水平与MPN类型有一定关系。
Objective To investigate the levels and significance of serum neuron specific enolase(NSE),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in patients with bone marrow proliferative tumors(MPN).Methods 40 MPN patients(MPN group)were selected,including 14 patients with polycythemia vera(PV),15 patients with essential thrombocythemia(ET)and 11 patients with primary myelofibrosis(PMF),and 50 healthy subjects were selected as the control group,the levels of NSE,VEGF and MMP-9 in serum were detected.Results Serum NSE,VEGF and MMP-9 in MPN group were(57.55±20.03)ng/ml,(620.31±184.46)ng/l and(860.70±210.03)g/l,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);Before treatment,NSE and MMP-9 in PV patients were(70.22±21.15)ng/ml and(1094.55±175.57)g/l,which were significantly higher than those of ET and PMF patients(P<0.05);MMP-9 of ET patients before treatment was(822.69±180.86)g/l,which was significantly higher than that of PMF patients(P<0.05);There were no significant difference in serum VEGF among patients with PV,ET and PMF before treatment(P>0.05);Serum NSE,VEGF and MMP-9 in MPN patients after treatment were(23.15±9.80)ng/ml,(442.51±136.90)ng/l and(490.64±115.90)g/l,which were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);There were no significant difference in serum NSE,VEGF and MMP-9 after treatment among patients with PV,ET and PMF(P>0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of NSE,VEGF and MMP-9 are significantly increase in MPN patients,and the levels of NSE and MMP-9 are related to the types of MPN.
