原发性干燥综合征继发骨髓纤维化1例

摘要 原发性干燥综合征(primary sjogren syndrome,PSS)是常见的风湿免疫科疾病,可累及多个器官系统,但继发骨髓纤维化极为罕见,目前国内尚无相关文献报道,国外报道亦较少。PSS继发骨髓纤维化目前定义为自身免疫性骨髓纤维化(autoimmune myelofibrosis,AIMF),目前对该病的认识有限,易被临床医生忽视,特别是在血液内科易误诊为原发性骨髓纤维化。现将四川大学华西医院收治的1例AIMF的病例报道如下。
