摘要
摆线盘是摆线钢球减速器减速机构的重要组成部分,槽深相同情况下采用V型截面曲线效果优于圆弧截面曲线,本文在V型截面曲线基础上提出了抛物线型截面曲线。研究表明钢球拟合深度相同时,抛物线型截面,开口更小、槽深更浅,在减少摆线盘根切的同时减少切除量,增加摆线盘的整体强度和稳定性。提出通过改变抛物线截面曲线方程,改变钢球与摆线盘的接触点,从而实现避免接触点被根切的设计方法,并通过实例验证该方法的有效性。
The cycloidal disc is an important part of the reduction mechanism of the cycloidal ball reducer.The V-shaped section curve is better than the circular section curve under the same groove depth.This paper proposes a parabolic section curve based on the V-section curve.Studies have shown that when the steel ball fitting depth is the same,the parabolic cross section has smaller opening and shallower groove depth,which reduces the amount of cutting while reducing the root cutting of the cycloidal disc and increases the overall strength and stability of the cycloidal disc.By changing the parabolic cross-section curve equation and changing the contact point between the steel ball and the cycloidal disc,the design method of avoiding the contact point being undercut is realized,and the effectiveness of the method is verified by an example.
