摘要
为了比较圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮与传统齿轮传动性能的优劣,根据ZQA50型渐开线斜齿轮减速器结构参数,对圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮减速器进行了结构设计,并建立了ZQA50型渐开线斜齿轮减速器和圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮减速器三维模型。利用UG/Open grip,二次开发了圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮三维模型;通过圆弧齿线齿条和毛坯之间的运动,完成了齿轮的切制,进而利用有限元分析了两种减速器传动性能的优劣。研究结果表明:圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮接触区域在齿宽中截面附近,重合度大;圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮接触最大应力比传统齿轮最大应力小;传动轴上应力的大小满足强度设计要求,即圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮传动性能比传统齿轮优越。
In order to compare the transmission performance of circular arc tooth trace cylindrical gear and traditional gear,according to the structural parameters of ZQA50 involute bevel reducer,the structural of CATT cylindrical gear reducer was designed,and models of the ZQA50 involute bevel reducer and CATT cylindrical gear reducer were created.Using UG/Open grip,the 3D model of CATT cylindrical gear was established with the help of the secondary development.Based on the relative motion between circular arc gear rack and blank,the gear cutting was completed.And then,the advantages and disadvantages of the transmission performance of the two main transmission structures were compared and analyzed by using the finite element method.The results show that the contact area of CATT cylindrical gear is near the middle section of the tooth width,and contact ratio is big.The maximum contact stress of CATT cylindrical gear is smaller than that of tradi-tional gear.The stress on the transmission shaft satisfies the strength requirement.Namely,the transmission performance of CATT cylindrical gear is superior to the transmission gear.
