摘要
以大连某零部件加工厂的机械加工磨削铁粉为实验材料,该铁粉的主要成分为Fe^0、Fe^2+和Fe^3+,利用机械加工磨削铁粉对模拟含磷废水、实际生活污水进行除磷试验研究,实验结果表明:机械加工磨削铁粉除磷的最佳加药量为20g/L,最佳原水pH为4,并且对于含磷废水具有良好的连续除磷效果.其中加药量、反应时间、原水pH三个因素对除磷效果影响大小顺序为:原水pH>反应时间>加药量.
The material used for the phosphorus removal experiment is the machined grinding iron powder from a metal component plant in Dalian,and the main components of the iron powder are Fe^0,Fe^2+and Fe^3+.The phosphorus removal is conducted from both simulated phosphorus-containing wastewater and actual domestic wastewater.The experiment results show that the optimum dosage is 20 g/L,the optimum pH of the raw water is 3-5,and this method can remove phosphorus continuously.It is found that the effect of dosage,reaction time and raw water pH on the phosphorus removal is raw water pH>reaction time>dosage.
