摘要
针对高原地区装甲车辆柴油机燃烧恶化、故障率高的问题,从机械负荷和热负荷两方面入手,研究不同海拔、不同转速、不同负荷条件下,柴油机燃烧特性以及循环波动规律,分析故障出现的原因并提出解决措施。结果表明:低速中等负荷工况下,循环波动率较大,燃烧稳定性较差;高速全负荷工况下,循环波动率小;高原环境能够加剧柴油机燃烧恶化程度,稳定性变差,易出现拉缸烧蚀等问题。
Aiming at resolving the problem of deterioration of combustion and high failure rate of diesel engine in armored vehicles in plateau,the combustion characteristics and cycle fluctuations of the diesel engine under different altitudes,different speeds,and different load conditions were studied from the mechanical load and the thermal load.The causes of the failures were analyzed and the solutions were proposed.Results show that under low-speed and medium-load conditions,the cyclic volatility is large and the combustion stability is poor.Under high-speed full-load conditions,the cyclic volatility is small.The plateau environment can aggravate the deterioration of diesel engine combustion,deteriorate the stability,and make the problems such as ablation of the cylinder prone to occur.
