轿车柴油机燃用生物柴油的循环变动特性 被引量:9

摘要 对轿车柴油机燃用柴油、柴油—生物柴油混合燃料及生物柴油的循环变动特性进行了研究,考察了生物柴油对轿车柴油机的平均指示压力、压力峰值、压力峰值相位、压力升高率峰值等缸内压力特征参数及燃烧始点、燃烧持续期等燃烧特征参数的循环变动特性的影响。结果表明:随着生物柴油混合比例的增加,该机的平均指示压力、压力峰值、压力升高率峰值、燃烧始点的循环变动率减小;压力峰值相位及燃烧持续期的循环变动率增大。 For a vehicle diesel engine,the cycle-by-cycle variations of diesel,bio-diesel and their blended fuel were analyzed and researched.The influences of bio-diesel on cycle-by-cycle variations of in-cylinder pressure parameters,which included the mean indicated pressure,the pressure peak value,the corresponding phase with pressure peak value and the maximum pressure rise rate,and combustion parameter,which included the combustion beginning and the combustion duration,were analyzed.The results show that,with the increase of bio-diesel proportion,the cycle-by-cycle variations of mean indicated pressure,pressure peak value,maximum pressure rise rate and combustion beginning decrease and the cycle-by-cycle variations of corresponding phase with pressure peak value and combustion duration increase.
