摘要
以循环变动研究中应用最广泛,对燃烧过程差异反应最敏感的最高燃烧压力为研究对象,在全工况区域选取120个试验点,每个试验点测录12 000样本观测值,对样本容量及采样方法对最高燃烧压力循环变动评价参数的影响进行了全面研究。研究结果表明,样本容量对评价参数的计算精度具有主要影响,在兼顾试验费用和精度要求的情况下,每个试验点的经济样本容量以2 000个~3 000个循环较为适宜。
The peak combustion pressure that was wildly applied in the fields of cyclic variation and was very sensitive to the difference of combustion process was mainly researched. The influence of sample volume and sampling methods on the cyclic variation of peak combustion pressure was thoroughly researched on the base of selecting 120 test points in the whole operation conditions and collecting 12 000 engine cycle values for each test point. The result shows that the sample volume has the main effect on the calculation of characterized parameters. Considering the cost and calculating precision, the economic sample volume for every test point should be between 2 000 cycles and 3 000 cycles.
