this paper first expounds the application principles of information technology in junior high school English teaching,and then discusses the application strategies of information technology in junior high school English teaching,including the use of information technology to provide background knowledge,the use of information technology to innovate teaching methods,and the use of information technology to play the subjective initiative of students.
