汽/柴油发电机组维修综合测试平台的设计与实现

摘要 介绍一套对汽/柴油发电机组动力输出部分和电力输出部分各项关键技术指标检测维修综合测试平台的设计与实现。平台在硬件设计上采用“P350型电能质量测量板”作为油机电力输出指标的核心分析处理模块;“WBL-4U6KW-220V/AC型负载箱”作为油机带载能力检测模块;“IPAM-3402型混合I/O数据采集模块”实现发动机转速、喷油嘴压力等油机动力部分的模拟量输入信号采集功能。软件设计上通过采用LabVIEW程序开发环境,在PC终端上实现虚拟测量仪表的数据实时处理和人工交互界面程序设计,完成对油机机组所测各项技术指标的实时、准确显示,并能按用户要求生成相应的Excel报表文档供打印和留存。 this paper introduces the design and implementation of a comprehensive test platform for the detection and maintenance of key technical indexes of the power output part and the power output part of a steam/diesel generator set.In the hardware design of the platform,"P350 power quality measurement plate"is used as the core analysis and processing module of the power output index of the oil machine."Wbl-4u6kw-220v/AC load box"is used as the load capacity testing module of the oil machine;"Ipam-3402 hybrid I/O data acquisition module"realizes the acquisition function of analog input signals of engine speed,nozzle pressure and other dynamic parts of the engine.In terms of software design,the development environment of LabVIEW program is adopted to realize real-time data processing of virtual measuring instrument and program design of manual interactive interface on PC terminal,so as to complete real-time and accurate display of various technical indicators measured by oil machine unit,and generate corresponding Excel report documents for printing and retention according to user requirements.
