摘要 传统的粘度检测仪器体积庞大、测量过程烦琐,并且测量数据可操作性差。本文设计了一种基于LabVIEW的智能粘度仪,介绍了其硬件构成与工作原理,详细阐述了LabVIEW通过VISA操作仪器的软件流程和实现方法,并对系统的安全性设计做了简要介绍。实测结果表明,基于LabVIEW的智能粘度仪操作简单,测量准确,智能化程度高,仪器的各项指标均达到或优于国家标准要求,计时误差小于0.01s,同列重复性优于0.3%,水浴温度控制准确度达0.05℃。 It is huge volume, trouble measurement process and poor data interoperability in traditional viscosity measurement equipment. In this paper, the hardware structure and principle of an intelligent viscometer based on Lab- VIEW is introduced. The software flow and implementation method, in which LabVIEW controls the instrument via VISA, is elaborated, and the security design of the system is briefly introduced. The experiment results show that the instrument is used with easy operation, good accuracy and high intelligence degree, and all indicators of the instrument can reach and even be superior to the demands of the national standard, in which the timing error is less than 0.01s, the repeatability of the same row is superior to 0.3%, and the accuracy of temperature control for water tank is 0.05℃.
