界定了防治电鱼的责任主体,提出了加大电鱼的监管打击力度,构建联合打击机制,统一执法裁判标准等构想,以及全面禁止电鱼器具生产、销售与寄递的法律法规建议。
This article defines the main body of responsibility for the prevention and control of electricity fishing.It puts forward ideas to increase the intensity of supervision and crackdown on electricity fishing,construct a joint strike mechanism,and unify the standards for law enforcement and refereeing,as well as suggestions on laws and regulations to completely prohibit the production,sale and delivery of electricity fishing appliances.
