摘要
目的 分析自制用药频度表在医院药房中的具体价值.方法 2017年1~12月我院药房管理未采用自制用药频度表,将此阶段的药房具体信息数据提取出来,为对照组;在2018年1~12月我院药房管理采用自制用药频度表,为观察组,比较两个阶段的药房药品采购、库存、工作效率,并进行分析.结果 观察组药品采购量总计412.51万元,对照组为272.71万元;观察组药品销售金额为799.87万元,对照组为653.98万元.观察组的药品储销比(采购量/销售金额)为51.57%,对照组为42.46%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.984,P<0.05),观察组月平均库存、年度周转率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组工作人员的工作效率要明显高于对照组工作人员,差异有统计学意义(t=16.093,P<0.05).结论 在医院药房中实施自制用药频度表可在保证药品供给的同时减少库存管理量,增加采购量,减少药房退回情况,而且还可以提高药房工作人员的工作效率,因此,在医院药房管理中可大力推荐这种方法.
Objective To analyze the specific value of self-made medication frequency table in hospital pharmacy.Methods The pharmacy management of our hospital did not use self-made medication frequency table from January to December 2017.The specific information of the pharmacy during this period was extracted and set as the control group.The pharmacy management adopted self-made medication frequency table from January to December 2018,and the corresponding data during this period was set as the observation group.The pharmacy drug purchase,inventory and work efficiency of the two periods were compared and analyzed.Results The total volume of drug purchase of the observation group was 4,215,100 yuan,and that of the control group was 2,727,100 yuan.The drug sales amount of the observation group was 7,998,700 yuan,and that of the control group was 6,539,800 yuan.The drug storage-sale ratio(purchase volume/sales amount)of the observation group was 51.57%,and that of the control group was 42.46%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(χ2=9.984,P=0.015).The average monthly inventory and annual turnover rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The work efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=16.093,P=0.023<0.05).Conclusion In this paper,we confirm that the implementation of self-made medication frequency table in hospital pharmacy can reduce the amount of inventory management,increase the purchase volume and reduce the return of pharmacies while ensuring the supply of medicines,and can also improve work efficiency of pharmacy staff.Therefore,this method can be strongly recommended in hospital pharmacy management.
