摘要
化工原理课程是化工及相关专业的一门主要专业基础课,担负着由理论到工程、由基础到专业的桥梁作用。对流传热是传热的难点,公式繁多,在教学过程中引入恰当的案例,起到事半功倍的效果,激发学生的兴趣,培养学生的综合素质,体现了以学生发展为本的教学理念。
The principle of chemical engineering is one of the backbone courses of chemical engineering and other relevant majors. It is the bridge not only between theory and practice, but also between foundation and profession. The chapter of convective heat transfer is difficult for undergraduate students because of the complex formula. Case teaching method as a teaching activity is introduced in our class, which is capable of stimulating interest and cultivating comprehensive ability of students. The teaching method reflects the educational concept of "student-centered".
