摘要
毕业实习是本科教学体系中不可或缺的环节,是将课堂理论教学与职业现场相结合的重要环节。实习效果如何直接关系到学生的综合素质甚至就业质量,根据历年指导药学专业本科生毕业实习存在的问题,并探索其应对策略,为更好地培养适合时代需求的药学人才服务。
Graduation practice is an indispensable link in the undergraduate teaching system,and it is also an important link to combine classroom theoretical teaching with vocational field.The practice effect is directly related to the comprehensive quality of graduate and even the quality of employment.Based on the problems existing in the graduation practice of undergraduate students majoring in pharmaceutical science,this paper explores the coping strategies to train pharmaceutical talents suitable for the needs of the times.
