Objective To explore the application effect of health management in patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia. Methods A total of 200 patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia in our hospital from January to December in 2018 were enrolled in the study. The experimental group(n=100)and the control group(n=100)were assigned by computer randomization. In the observation group, routine management was used, while in the experimental group, health management was implemented. The differences in health knowledge awareness rate, body mass index(BMI),blood lipids, hematuria, blood glucose, and blood pressure between the two groups were compared. Results The awareness rates of health knowledge including disease detection, drug use, reasonable exercise, healthy lifestyle, disease hazard, disease risk factors, disease cognition in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the BMI,blood lipids(triglycerides, cholesterol),blood uric acid, blood glucose, blood pressure(diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure)of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia who receive health management can improve their knowledge of disease and health, and better reduce their levels of blood uric acid, blood lipids,BMI,which is of great significance.
