摘要
为探讨饲喂不同水平微贮油菜秸秆对肉羊生产性能、养分消化率及粪便微生物菌群结构的影响,采用单因素随机设计试验,选择月龄、体重相近的杂交肉羊90只随机分成3组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只,1组为对照组饲喂油菜秸秆,试验2组饲喂50%油菜秸秆+50%微贮油菜秸秆,试验3组饲喂100%微贮油菜秸秆,预试验10 d,试验期为60 d,试验期间测定生长性能、养分表观消化率及粪便微生物菌群结构。结果表明:(1)试验2、3组的平均日增重较1组相比分别提高10.3%、8.5%(P<0.05),料肉比较1组相比分别降低12.5%、11.9%(P>0.05),试验2、3组的平均采食量均高于1组(P>0.05);(2)试验2、3组的粗脂肪、粗灰分、钙、磷养分表观消化率均高于1组(P>0.05),试验2、3组的粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维较1组相比分别提高12.9%、9.7%、18.2%、16.3%、9.3%、9.0%(P<0.05);(3)试验2、3组的大肠杆菌含量较1组相比分别降低14.8%、13.6%(P<0.05),试验2、3组的乳酸菌、双歧杆菌含量较1组相比分别提高12.4%、11.9%、11.8%、10.7%(P<0.05)。综上,50%微贮油菜秸秆饲喂肉羊可以提高其生长性能、养分表观消化率,改善粪便中的菌群结构,提高其益生菌含量,抑制致病菌(大肠杆菌)的生长。
In order to investigate the effects of different levels of microstored rape straw on the performance,nutrient digestibility and microbial flora structure in feces of mutton sheep.A single factor randomized design experiment was conducted.90 mutton sheep with similar month-old and weight were randomly divided into three groups,each with three replicates,10 in each replicate.One group was a blank control group,the group 2 was fed with 50%rapeseed straw+50%microstorage rapeseed straw,and the group 3 was fed with 100%microstorage rapeseed straw.The growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and fecal microbial flora structure were measured during the experiment.The results showed that:(1)The average daily gain of groups 2 and 3 was 10.3%and 8.5%higher than that of group 1(P<0.05),the ratio of feed to meat of groups 2 and 3 was 12.5%and 11.9%lower than that of group 1(P>0.05),and the average intake of groups 2 and 3 was higher than that of group 1(P>0.05).(2)The apparent digestibility of crude fat,crude ash,calcium and phosphorus in groups 2 and 3 was higher than that in group 1(P>0.05);the crude protein,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in groups 2 and 3 were 12.9%,9.7%,18.2%,16.3%,9.3%and 9.0%higher than that in group 1(P<0.05),respectively.(3)The content of E.coli in groups 2 and 3 was 14.8%and 13.6%lower than that in group 1(P<0.05).The content of Lactic acid bacteria and Bifidobacteria in groups 2 and 3 was 12.4%,11.9%,11.8%and 10.7%higher than that in group 1(P<0.05).In conclusion feeding mutton sheep with 50%microstored rape straw could improve growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,microflora structure in feces,increase probiotic content and inhibit pathogenic growth.
