摘要
为研究马铃薯淀粉渣青贮对肉羊生长性能、养分表观消化率和血液生化指标的影响,试验选择48头萨寒杂交一代育肥公羔,称重后随机分为4组,对照组饲喂羊草,试验1、2、3组用马铃薯淀粉渣青贮分别替代30%、60%、90%的羊草,试验期30 d。试验结果表明:相比于对照组,试验1、2组料肉比显著降低,平均日增重分别增加14.3%、21.4%(P<0.05),干物质的表观消化率分别提高15.4%、21.4%(P<0.05),粗蛋白质的表观消化率分别提高10.2%、14.2%(P<0.05);此外,试验1、2、3组中性洗涤纤维(NDF)的表观消化率分别提高10.8%、14.9%、8.1%(P<0.05);试验1、2组血清中白蛋白浓度分别增加12.3%、17.1%(P<0.05),尿素氮分别降低10.6%、12.7%(P<0.05)。综述,马铃薯淀粉渣青贮饲喂肉羊效果良好,替代60%的羊草效果最佳。
The present study was carried out to evaluate the effects of potato residue silage on growth performance,digestibility and blood biochemical of sheep.48 Saneng milk goat and small tail cold sheep hybrid first-generation fatten male lambs were randomly divided into four groups after weighing,30%,60%and 90%of leymus chinensis were replaced by potato starch residue silage for 30 days.The results showed that compared with the control group the average daily gain(ADG)of groups 1,2 were increased by 14.3%,21.4%(P<0.05),the feed conversion ratio(FCR)were decreased by 12.0%and 15.1%(P<0.05),the digestibility of dry matter(DM)were incerased by 15.4%,21.4%(P<0.05),and crude protein(CP)were increased by 10.2%and 14.2%(P<0.05).The digestibility of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)in groups 1,2 and 3 were incerased by 10.8%,14.9%and 8.1%(P<0.05).Albumin in serum of groups 1,2 were increased by 12.3%and 17.1%(P<0.05).The results indicated that the silage of potato residue could improve the growth and nutrient digestion of mutton sheep,the effect was better when the addition amount was 60%.
