摘要
在地下储气库、气田、小型LNG等众多调峰方式中,地下储气库仍是当今世界最主要的天然气储存方式和调峰手段。继西南地区第一座储气库—相国寺储气库建立以来,目前正启动相国寺储气库扩容工程,未来的十年内西南油气田将新建5个储气库,形成工作气量达100×10^8 m^3,日调峰采气量超过8300×10^4 m^3的储气库群。针对枯竭型气藏储气库,具有地层压力系数低的特点,在考虑完井工艺时不仅要充分发挥注采井的产能,保证储气库的应急调峰能力,同时还要保障注采井安全、高效注采,增加气井寿命。储气库在强注强采工况下,管柱会发生高频振动,导致管柱螺纹和封隔器疲劳失效,需进一步开展光纤监测管柱振动的研究。结合枯竭型气藏的特点,通过总结相国寺和国外储气库注采井完井方式、油管选择、注采管柱结构、井下工具及井口装置等工艺技术,为新建储气库完井设计提供依据。
Underground gas storage(UGS)is one of the major storage and peak-shaving means in the world among numerous storage ways.After the establishment of the first Xiang Guo Si underground gas storage in southwest China,the expansion project has been launched to drill a new injection and production well.And five new underground gas reservoirs will be built in Southwest Oil and Gas Field in the next decade.A gas storage group will be formed with working gas capacity of 100×10^8m^3 and daily peak gas production volume of 8300×10^4m^3.Due to the low formation pressure coefficient of depleted gas reservoir,the well completion technology will not only give full play to well capacity of injection and production wells to ensure gas storage peak adjusting capacity,but also ensure injection and production well to be safe,highly efficient injection and production and increase gas well life.The completion string of injection-production well in underground gas storage reservoir has the characteristics of intensive injection-production and high safety control requirements.The Xiang Guo Si underground gas storage injection and production wells completions,tubing selection,injection and BHA structure,downhole tools,wellhead equipment,and safety control system and other technology are analyzed herein.It can provide a reference for the new underground gas storage completion.
