摘要
大张坨地下储气库是以凝析油气藏的砂岩作为储层的 ,该储层具有压力亏空和孔隙度、渗透率高的特点。因此 ,钻井时必须根据储层岩性的特点和物性特征 ,找出对储层造成伤害的因素 ,有针对性地优化钻井液体系、性能参数和保护措施。实践证明 ,聚合物、有机硅钻井液体系满足了大张坨地下储气库各个阶段的施工要求 ,保证了安全快速钻井 ;钻井液性能稳定、抑制能力强、井壁稳定 ;采用双项屏蔽保护剂及保护措施 ,能较好地保护好储层。
Dazhangtuo underground gas storage takes the sands of condensate reservoir as storing beds. The beds have the characteristics of pressure shortfall and high porosi ty and permeability. So, according to the bed features of litho-logy and physical property while drilling, the factors to damage the storing beds should be found, and the drilling fluid system, the performance parameters and the protecting measures should be optimized correspondingly. Practice demonstrates the drilling fluid system with polymer and or ganic silicon can meet the working requirements of different stages for drilling in Dazhangtuo underground gas storage, which ensure safe and fast drilling. The drilling fluid hasstable performance and strong damping force. The borehole wall is stable. With bi-phase shielding protect-ant and pro tecting measures, the storing bed can be protected perfectly.
