页岩气体积压裂用石英砂支撑剂优选实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 四川盆地页岩气已进入规模开发阶段,然而单井开发成本高,压裂施工难度大,严重制约着页岩气开发的进度及效果。针对四川盆地页岩气开发具体情况,从生产需求、现场施工难度、应用经济成本、环境影响程度上分析石英砂用于页岩气井可行性。为此,从寻找压裂支撑剂入手,通过对国内不同地区可能成为陶粒替代品的石英砂支撑剂进行筛选,开展支撑裂缝导流实验研究。结果表明,性能较优的石英砂,有利于增加页岩储层的体积改造,达到页岩气降本增效的目的,实现规模开发的客观需要。 Shale gas development in Sichuan Basin has entered the large-scale development stage.However,the high cost of single well development and the difficulty of fracturing seriously restrict the progress and outcome of shale gas development.In view of this specific situation,the feasibility of using quartz sand in shale gas wells is analyzed,considering production demand,difficulty of field operation,economic cost and environmental impact.The experimental study of the relationship between proppants and its fracture conductivity is carried out through screening quartz sand proppant,which may be a substitute for ceramics.The results show that the quartz sand with better performance is conducive to increase the stimulation volume of shale reservoir,achieve the goal of reducing cost and increasing efficiency of shale gas development,and eventually realize the objective needs of large-scale development.
