摘要
"斯大林模式"与"苏联模式"是使用比较混淆的概念。"斯大林模式"尽管反映有斯大林执政的个人特点,但在本质上与"苏联模式"是一致的。社会实践是评价社会发展最为重要的标准,在现实国情下对国家生存与发展所起的作用是对"斯大林模式"或"苏联模式"评判的重要参考。
"Stalin Model"and"Soviet Model"are two confusing concepts."Stalin Model"which re-flects personal characteristics of Stalin’s rule is essentially consistent with the"Soviet Model". Social prac-tice is the most important criterion for evaluating the social development, and the role played to the survivaland development of a country in the actual situation is an important reference for the judgment of "Stalinmodel"or"Soviet Model".
