摘要
针对单个供应商和单个零售商组成的风险厌恶型供应链系统,引入供应商和零售商的风险厌恶因子,考虑突发事件引起的市场需求和供应商单位生产成本同时扰动对供应链系统的影响,讨论扰动情形下风险厌恶型供应链回购契约的设计问题。研究表明:当突发事件引起市场需求和供应商单位生产成本同时扰动时,采用没有发生突发事件时的原回购契约不能协调供应链,但采用修改后的回购契约可以协调供应链;无论突发事件是否发生,供应商的批发价均随零售商风险厌恶因子增大而增大,均随供应商风险厌恶因子增大而减小,回购价则刚好相反;供应链协调时的最优订购量均随零售商和供应商的风险厌恶因子的增大而增大。
Introducing risk aversion factor for a single supplier and a single retailer,considering the impact of simultaneous market demand and supplier unit production costs on supply chain systems due to emergency events,the buyback contract coordination mechanism is discussed in the risk aversion supply chain.The research results show that,when the emergency cause the market demand and the production cost of the supplier unit to be disturbed at the same time,the original buyback contract without the occurrence of an emergency cannot coordinate the supply chain,but the improved buyback contract can be used to coordinate the supply.Regardless of whether an emergency occurs,the supplier's wholesale price increases as the retailer's risk aversion factor increases,and decreases as the supplier's risk aversive factor increases,the buyback price is just the opposite.The optimal order quantity increases as the risk aversion factor of retailers and suppliers increase when the supply chain is coordinated.
