摘要
目的探讨改良“S”型切口在腮腺区良性肿瘤切除术中的临床应用价值。方法选取2013年11月至2017年11月在本院口腔颌面外科就诊的61例腮腺肿瘤患者,予以改良“S”型切口切除腮腺区肿瘤,观察术后并发症及美容效果。结果予以改良“S”型切口切除腮腺肿瘤及部分腺体,手术时间1~2.5 h,术中出血量约20 mL,Frey’s综合征、术后暂时性面瘫以及涎瘘等术后并发症发生率低;改良“S”型切口隐蔽,术后瘢痕小,患者满意度高。结论腮腺良性肿瘤切除采用改良“S”型切口适用范围广,可行性高,能彻底切除肿瘤,且美容效果好,能减少手术并发症的发生率。
Objective To explore the clinical value of modified"S"incision in resection of benign tumors in parotid region.Methods 61 cases of parotid gland tumors in oral and maxillofacial surgery of our hospital from November 2013 to November 2017 were collected.Modified"S"incision was used to resect parotid tumors,and the postoperative complications and cosmetic effects were observed.Results Modified"S"incision was used to remove parotid tumors and some glands.The operation time was about 1-2.5 h,the amount of bleeding in the operation was about 20 mL,and the incidence of postoperative complications such as Frey's syndrome,temporary facial paralysis and salivary fistula after operation was low.The improved"S"type incision is concealed,postoperative scar is small,and patient satisfaction is high.Conclusion The modified"S"incision of parotid benign tumor is widely used and has high feasibility.It can not only remove the tumor thoroughly,but also have good cosmetic effect,it can also reduce the incidence of complications.
