摘要
目的:分析腮腺区肿瘤的病理分型及临床资料,力求达到更高的诊疗水平,保留尽可能多的腺体。方法:对2016-2018年因腮腺区肿瘤收住入包头医学院第一附属医院口腔科的83位患者进行回顾性分析,对其病理分型,手术方式和预后进行分析、讨论。结果:腮腺区肿瘤83例分为腮腺良性肿瘤75例,腮腺恶性肿瘤8例,良、恶性肿瘤比例约为9∶1;其中男性49例,女性34例,男女比例约为3∶2。发病年龄在26~76岁期间,且良性肿瘤中位年龄为57岁,恶性肿瘤中位年龄65岁。多形性腺瘤37例,占44.58%,腺淋巴瘤29例,占34.94%。腺泡细胞癌4例,肌上皮癌2例,淋巴瘤1例,腺癌1例。结论:常见腮腺区肿瘤为多形性腺瘤和腺淋巴瘤,为提高确诊率可以联合辅助检查,肿瘤位置及与周围组织关系决定手术方式。
Objective:To analyze the pathological classification and clinical data of parotid gland tumors,so as to achieve a higher level of diagnosis and treatment and retain as many glands as possible.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 83 patients admitted to the Department of Stomatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College for parotid gland tumors from 2016 to 2018,and their pathological classification,surgical methods and prognosis were analyzed and discussed.Results:83 cases of parotid tumors were divided into 75 cases of benign parotid tumors and 8 cases of malignant parotid tumors,with the ratio of benign tumors to malignant tumors being 9:1.There were 49 males and 34 females,and the ratio of males to females was about 3:2.The age of onset ranged from 26 to 76 years old,and the median age of benign tumors was 57 years old,while the median age of malignant tumors was 65 years old.There were 37 cases of pleomorphic adenoma(44.57%)and 29 cases of adenolymphoma(34.94%).There were 4 cases of acinar cell carcinoma,2 cases of myoepithelial carcinoma,1 case of lymphoma and 1 case of adenocarcinoma.Conclusion:The most common parotid gland tumors are pleomorphic adenoma and adenolymphoma.To improve the diagnosis rate,the method of operation should be determined by combining auxiliary examination,the sites of tumors and the surrounding tissues.
