胆汁酸与关键内分泌和代谢信号通路之间的关系

摘要 胆汁酸历来被认为主要在胆固醇稳态和促进胃肠道脂肪消化方面发挥作用。最近的研究表明,胆汁酸也作为信号分子发挥作用,肠道胆汁酸感应与关键的内分泌和代谢信号通路有关。文章在介绍肠内分泌细胞营养感应的基础上,重点论述了胆汁酸与关键内分泌和代谢信号通路之间的关系。 Bile acids have been thought to play a major role in cholesterol homeostasis and in promoting gastroin testinal fat digestion.Recent findings indicate that bile acids also play a role as signaling molecules,and that gut bile acid sensing is related to key endocrine and metabolic signaling pathways.Based on the introduction of nutrition sens ing of enteroendocrine cells,the relationship between bile acids and key endocrine and metabolic signaling pathways was discussed in this paper.
