摘要
目的探讨DFX-23D.Ⅱ型间歇负压引流技术在治疗难愈性创面中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月本院收治慢性伤口患者60例,采用随机数字表法进行分组,试验组和对照组各30例。试验组采用改良式DFX-23D.Ⅱ型间歇运行负压源及改良的材料进行治疗,对照组采用VSD装置一次性使用负压引流敷料管路套装装置与中心负压源持续负压相连接吸引进行治疗,比较两组疗效。结果两组患者在病例选择上根据全身情况及局部伤口情况进行分组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);8周后对比两组患者在治疗费用、住院天数、患者舒适度以及治疗效果(痊愈、好转),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论DFX-23D.Ⅱ型间歇负压引流技术在治疗难愈性创面在治疗费用及患者舒适度上有明显优势,可以提高患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the application effect of DFX-23 D.Ⅱ intermittent negative pressure drainage in the treatment of refractory wounds. Methods Sixty patients with chronic wounds admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with modified DFX-23 D.Ⅱ intermittent operation negative pressure source and improved materials. The control group was used VSD device to use the negative pressure drainage dressing line set device and the central negative pressure source to continue the negative pressure connection. The treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results The patients in the two groups were compared according to the general condition and local wounds. The difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05). After 8 weeks, the treatment cost, hospital stay, patient comfort and treatment effect( recovery, improve) were compared between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion DFX-23 D. Ⅱ intermittent negative pressure drainage technology has obvious advantages in the treatment of refractory wounds in terms of treatment cost and patient comfort, which can improve the quality of life of patients.
