粉煤灰掺量和再生骨料替代率对再生混凝土强度影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 建筑废物未能有效处理给环境带来极坏影响,为解决此问题,本研究设计了2种再生粗骨料取代率、4种粉煤灰掺入量共计8种变量因子的再生混凝土试块,其强度等级为C30。对每一个试块都进行了超声声速值、回弹值和抗压强度值测定的试验,并对数据进行整理和误差分析。结果表明:当再生粗骨料的掺加量愈大时,其强度就愈来愈低。适当的掺入粉煤灰可以改善再生混凝土的密实度,当粉煤灰等量替代水泥的掺入量为10%时,其强度较没有掺入粉煤灰的再生混凝土的强度提高了4.08%。故在实际再生混凝土工程中可适量掺入粉煤灰。 The problem of construction waste not being effectively treated has brought a bad impact on the environment.In order to solve this problem,two kinds of recycled concrete test blocks with eight variable factors were designed,two of which were regenerative coarse aggregate replacement rates and four were fly ash incorporations.Their strength ratings are C30.For each test block,the ultrasonic sound velocity value,the rebound value and the compressive strength value were tested,and the data was sorted and analyzed.The results showed that the strength of the recycled coarse aggregate was decreasing as the amount of recycled coarse aggregate was increased.Appropriate blending with fly ash can improve the compactness of recycled aggregate concrete.When the amount of fly ash equivalently replacing cement was 10%,the strength was 4.08%higher than that of recycled concrete without fly ash.Therefore,fly ash can be blended in an appropriate amount in the actual recycled concrete project.
