摘要
利用TRIZ理论工具对浸入式水口成型工艺过程中出现的问题进行分析,运用矛盾原理、物质-场模型、分离原理与40条发明原理等工具,分析比较各创新理论得出的解。最终确认改进设计方案,快速准确地解决实际问题,证明TRIZ理论在实际工程设计中具有很强的实用性与适用性。
The solutions of each innovation theory were analyzed and compared by adopting the TRIZ theory to analyze the problems in the forming process of submerged entry nozzles and using the tools of the contradiction principle,the SU-field model,the separation principle and 40 invention principles.Finally,the design scheme was optimized to solve the practical problems quickly and accurately,which proves that the TRIZ theory is practicable and applicable in the actual engineering design.
