如何促使企业各类应急预案有效落实,是目前许多企业在应急管理中亟待解决的重点问题。2013年3月起,中海油惠州石化有限公司进行应急预案卡片化创新管理及实践工作,并取得了显著成效。
How to promote the effective implementation of various emergency plans of enterprises is a key issue that many enterprises urgently need to solve in emergency management. Since March 2013,CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemical Co., Ltd. has carried out innovative management and practice of emergency plan card, and achieved significant results.
