摘要
近些年,日本幼儿食育颇有成效,这与其特有的饮食文化息息相关,我国的饮食文化源远流长,亦在千百年来凝集了许多宝贵的内容,在我国古代就有食育理念的产生。李里特教授认为有效的食育应当从儿童、婴幼儿开始。基于以上内容,本文在对我国饮食文化进行研究后,谈其与幼儿食育的融合路径。
In recent years,Japanese children's food education has been very effective.This is closely related to their unique dietary culture.Chin's dietary culture has a long history and has condensed a lot of valuable content over thousands of years.In ancient China,the concept of food education was born.Professor Lilit believes that effective food education should start with children,infants and young children.Based on the above,this article discusses the fusion path of food education with young children after researching Chinese food culture.
