摘要
幼儿期是获得终身饮食习惯的重要时期,良好的饮食教育环境和饮食经历与幼儿身心健康成长有着密切关系。日本作为食育政策制度最完善、实施最早的国家,对食育的研究呈多元化、细分化的特点,在幼儿食育实践中取得了显著成效,对比中日幼儿食育的研究现状对我国幼儿食育的开展具有重要的借鉴意义。
Early childhood is an important period to obtain lifelong eating habits.A good diet education environment and diet experience are closely related to the healthy growth of children’s body and mind.As the country with the most perfect policy system and the earliest implementation,Japan’s research on food education shows the characteristics of diversification and differentiation,and has achieved remarkable results in the practice of children’s food education.Comparing the research status of children’s food education between China and Japan has important reference significance for the development of children’s food education in China.
