摘要
目的:心理咨询在生殖护理中的应用效果分析。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年3月笔者所在医院需进行生殖护理的患者200例进行研究与分析,并依据护理具体方式的不同分为两组,对照组100例仅予以常规生殖护理,观察组100例在生殖护理基础上加用心理咨询。对比两组的临床应用效果。结果:护理前两组患者的SDS、SAS评分结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组评分明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对进行生殖护理的患者中应用心理咨询,能够有效缓解患者不良心理因素以及情绪的影响,具有非常好的临床应用效果,值得临床推广。
Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological consultation in reproductive nursing.Method:A total of 200 patients who need reproductive nursing in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected for research and analysis.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups.100 patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and 100 patients in the observation group were given psychological consultation on the basis of reproductive nursing.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups before nursing had no significantly difference(P>0.05).The scores in the observation group after nursing were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of psychological consultation in reproductive nursing patients can effectively alleviate the adverse psychological factors and emotional impact of patients,which has a very good clinical application effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
