摘要
冶金装备多属于非标准设备,设备的质量管理水平直接关系到最终的经济效益和社会效益。现阶段很多从事冶金装备设计制造总包的企业,未能有效的发挥质量管理体系的作用,导致产品设计、制造、安装调试质量频出,项目成本居高不下,收益甚微。本文以挤压机为例,在产品实现过程引入ISO9000质量管理体系中的内容,通过对设备设计、设备制造及设备安装调试各个阶段的进行细分,对每个阶段质量的影响因素进行分析,提供具有实操性的管理手段和措施,从而达到降低工作成本、提高工作效率的作用。为冶金设备制造商满足用户需求、提供合格的产品、创造经济效益和社会效益提供参考。
Metallurgical equipment mostly belongs to non-standard equipment,and the quality control level of equipment is directly related to the final economic and social benefits.At present,many enterprises engaged in metallurgical equipment design and manufacture are unable to effectively play the role of quality management system,which leads to frequent product design,manufacture,installation and commissioning quality,high project cost and little profit.Taking the extrusion machine as an example,this paper introduces the content of ISO9000 quality management system in the process of product realization,and subdivides each stage of equipment design,equipment manufacture and equipment installation and debugging to analyze the influence factors of each stage quality,and provide practical management means and measures,so as to reduce work cost and improve work efficiency.It provides some references for metallurgical equipment manufacturers to meet the needs of customers,provide qualified products,and create economic and social benefits.
