摘要
本课题以西藏山南市错那县蓝玉簪龙胆花为原料,通过固液浸提法提取其中有效成分,采用体外抑菌试验评价其抑菌作用,结果显示该龙胆花提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用最为显著,MIC的值为99.3 mg/L,;对大肠杆菌(MIC 225.5 mg/L)和白色念珠菌(126.8 mg/L)的抑制作用次之;对沙门氏菌和志贺氏痢疾杆菌的抑菌作用不明显,MIC均大于250mg/L。将龙胆花提取物应用于爽口液配方中,通过单因素试验,确定了蓝花龙胆提取物、乙醇、丙三醇、枸橼酸、薄荷油、糖精以及氯化钠的添加量;在单因素实验的基础上进行正交试验,确定了产品的最佳配方:龙胆花提取2%,丙三醇8%,乙醇15%,乙酸钠3%,薄荷油0.1%,乳化剂1.8%,发泡剂1.5%,余量为去离子水。
In this study,Gentiana officinalis purchased in Canna County,Shannan City,Tibet was used as raw material.The active ingredients were extracted by extraction method,and their bacteriostasis was evaluated by in vitro bacteriostasis test.The results showed that Gentiana officinalis extract had the most significant bacteriostasis effect on Staphylococcus aureus,the MIC was 99.3 mg/L,followed by E.coli(MIC 225.5mg/L)and Candida albicans(MIC 126.8 mg/L).The effect on Salmonella and Shigella dysenteriaewas not obvious,the MIC was above 250mg/L.Secondly,Gentiana extract was applied to the formula of mouthwash,and the dosage of Gentiana blue-flower,ethanol,glycerol,citric acid,menthol oil,saccharin and sodium chloride was determined by single factor test.The optimum formula of Gentiana blue-flower extract was 2%,glycerol 8%,ethanol 15%,sodium acetate3%,menthol oil 0.1%,Tween201.8%,foaming agent1.5%,The rest is deionized water.
