摘要
基于国内外研究报道,对中药龙胆中微量元素含量的差异性、微量元素与功效的关系、有效成分、产量和品质的影响及测定方法进行总结,提出了目前研究存在的问题,为龙胆的后续研究及应用提供必要的参考。
Based on the inland and foreign investigation,the chemical contents and the bioactive of Gentian are processed and analyzed.Its have exhibited significant functions,such as liver-protection,bile secretion promotion,inflammation elimination,and organism immunity improvement for Chinese Gentian.It has become the traditional Chinese medicine in China.The investigation results of the chemical components of Gentian are summarized from three aspects,which are chemical elements,bioactivity,and effective components accumulation.It provides necessary reference for the future study and application of Gentian.
