摘要
目的:探讨在基础护理学实践教学中,虚拟仿真技术与网络教学相结合的教学模式对提高学生自主学习能力的效果。方法:将广西某医学院校2016级护理专科生2个班随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组在常规教学基础上,应用基础护理技能虚拟仿真训练平台、静脉穿刺虚拟训练系统以及网络课程资源平台的资源进行教学,学生可通过一体化固态硬件学生自助学习终端、电脑和手机等终端进行自主学习。对照组采用常规的教学方式。采用护理专业学生自主学习能力测评量表对两组学生进行调查。结果:在应用该教学模式后,试验组的自主学习能力测评量表总分、自我管理能力维度、信息能力维度得分均高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在基础护理学实践教学中,应用虚拟仿真技术与网络教学相结合的教学模式对于提高学生的自主学习能力有较好的效果。
Objective:To explore the effect of virtual simulation technology combined with network teaching on improving students'autonomous learning ability in the practical teaching of basic nursing.Methods:Two classes of 2016 nursing students from a medical college in Guangxi were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.In the experimental group,on the basis of conventional teaching,the resources of virtual simulation training platform for basic nursing skills,virtual training system for venipuncture and network course resource platform were used for teaching.Students could learn independently through self-help learning terminal,computer,mobile phone and other terminals of integrated solid-state hardware.The control group adopted the conventional teaching method.Two groups of nursing students were investigated by using the nursing students independent learning ability assessment scale.Results:After the application of the teaching mode,the experimental group was better than the control group in the total score of independent learning ability,the scores of dimensions of self-management skill and information ability dimension and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:In the practical teaching of basic nursing,the teaching model that combinating of virtual simulation technology and network teaching has a good effect on improving the independent learning ability of nursing students.
