摘要
在对我国粮食主产区13个省(自治区)职业教育服务新型城镇化的104所职业教育院校进行调查的基础上,通过问卷调查和数理统计等方法,分析职业教育服务新型城镇化建设的目的、具体形式和组织措施等基本状况,考察职业教育服务新型城镇化建设的评价状况,全面总结职业教育服务粮食主产区农业现代化战略、配合粮食主产区产镇融合战略、激发职业教育服务新型城镇化建设的潜能、推动粮食主产区职业教育与城镇产业协同发展、提高新型城镇人口的就业数量和质量、促进粮食主产区新型城镇化内涵式发展等主要经验,为我国非粮食主产区及未来新型城镇化建设提供参考依据。
Based on the investigation of 104 vocational education colleges and universities providing services for the new urbanization in 13 provinces(autonomous regions) of China’s main grain producing areas, by means of questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the purpose, specific form and organizational measures of the new urbanization construction of vocational education services, and reviews the construction of the new urbanization of vocational education services. A lot of major experience is comprehensively summarized, such as the strategy for vocational education serving the agricultural modernization of the main grain producing areas, cooperating with the integration of the main grain producing areas, stimulating the potential of vocational education serving the construction of new urbanization, promoting the coordinated development of vocational education and urban industry in the main grain producing areas, improving the quantity and quality of employment of the new urban population, and promoting the connotative development of new urbanization in the main grain producing areas, which provide reference for the construction of non grain production areas and new urbanization in the future.
