摘要
建筑产业现代化联盟盟员之间的合作往往存在着合作目标的冲突、价值观念的冲突和利益分配的冲突等等合作障碍,影响了联盟的稳定运行,因此需要对其运行机制展开深入的分析研究。本文的研究目的是设计一套完备的运行机制来促进联盟体系各项工作的顺利开展,主要采用定性分析法、功能分析法、探索性研究法和系统科学方法在明晰建筑产业现代化联盟内涵和功能的基础上对建筑产业现代化联盟的全寿命周期内的动力机制、冲突协调机制、行为约束机制、利益分配机制和人才培训机制的机理进行分析研究,并结合绍兴市建筑产业的实际情况对绍兴市建筑产业现代化联盟进行合理设计,保证联盟目标的实现。最终构建出一套完善、健全和高效的的联盟运行机制。
The cooperation between the alliance members of the modernization of the construction industry always has the cooperation obstacles such as the conflict of cooperation objectives,the conflict of values and the conflicts of interest distribution,which affect the stable operation of the alliance.Therefore,the stable operation of the alliance needs to be operated.The mechanism carries out in-depth analysis and research.The purpose of this paper is to design a complete set of operating mechanism to promote the smooth development of the work of the alliance system.The main use of qualitative analysis method,functional analysis method,exploratory research method,and systematic scientific method to clarify the connotation and function of the modernization alliance of construction industry.Based on the analysis of the dynamic mechanism,conflict coordination mechanism,behavioral restraint mechanism,benefit distribution mechanism,and talent training mechanism in the life cycle of construction industry modernization alliance,combined with the actual situation of Shaoxing construction industry,Shaoxing City The modernization alliance of the construction industry carries on the reasonable design,guarantees the union goal realization.Finally,a set of sound,sound,and efficient alliance operating mechanisms have been constructed.
